The trip is not until August, 2023.
The unrest has been more at the capital.
I’m just passing along the invite and wasn’t on the bid committee..
But, you raise a good point. Thanks for sharing.
People might say something along those same lines about going to a swim meet in Florida with the way the governor / state house had made it a crime for certain books to be shared by school teachers. Oh well. We don’t live in a perfect world. But, having friends and providing perspectives is always good.
