Joe Roth, Riverview, Senior, defending champion in the 100 back, record holder, is seeded second. He wears the green cap in the video. He is also a varsity basketball player with more than 2,000 career points and his team is still alive in the state basketball playoffs. Joe set the WPIAL record as a freshman, four years ago. And, he has improved upon it.

Joe is undecided, so it is said, about where he'll go to college. He wants to continue to swim, not play basketball.
