St. Pete Pier gets #2 in list of best new attractions.

Many are going to head to St. Petersburg, Florida for the ISCA Meets in the weeks to come -- so, check it out!

This attraction on the St. Petersburg waterfront offers 26 acres on the blue waters of Tampa Bay. The new pier features art installations, a marketplace, Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center, playground, lawn areas, a fishing deck, bars and restaurants.

"From museums and performance spaces to recreational trails and monuments, travelers were treated to a host of new attractions in 2020. With the help of a panel of travel experts, we combed the country for the best new attractions of the year. Our readers voted for their favorites, and the results are in." USA Today 10Best Readers' Choice

Results were announced on Dec. 31 and the St. Pete Pier was voted #2 spot on USA Today's 10Best Reader's Choice list for the greatest new attractions of 2020. The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum in Colorado Springs, Colorado claimed the top spot.

A panel of experts partnered with 10Best editors to pick the initial nominees, and the top 10 winners were determined by popular vote.

Congratulations, St. Pete!


What got #1, you ask? Of course, the highest honors go the new museum on the Olympics in Colorado Springs!
