Three team double dual meets present some interesting questions

We've hit a bit of a wall in the investigation as to what the rule book says about a three team swim meet

Putting three teams in the same high school swim meet makes matters far more frustrating and prevents participation. With our past four seasons at The Ellis School, we've had this burden and it can get some attention at this time.
