Swim Coach Staffing Solutions (SCSS) , a division of ISCA headed up by Patrick Henry, is developing a talent pool (no pun intended) for potential employment placement, now or in the future. We are contacted daily by teams seeking talent from swim instructors, head age-group coaches, senior, and head coaches of all levels, and in multiple locations throughout the US. We are even starting to receive foreign locality requests.Â

Head Coach salary for a medium to large team ranges from 85k and up. For Head Age-Group coach, salary ranges from 50k and up. For a very talented swim instruction with management experience is in the same range as a Head Age-Group coach. Also, we are finding that clubs may be interested in having their Head Coach also be their Head Age-Group Coach and having the Senior Coach position just concentrate on developing a strong senior initiative.Â
